2. Account Registration & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to create an account on Host51:

• The applicant must be at least 18 years must be.

• You must provide your correct name, email address, mobile number, and address at the time of registration.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your own responsibility.
• Any suspicious activity must be reported to Host51 Support immediately.
• Registered accounts cannot be transferred to another person.

Host51 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for any reason, particularly where false information, account sharing, or other policy violations are identified.

3. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Host51 bonuses and promotional offers are governed by specific terms. Each offer may have its own wagering requirements, validity period, and maximum bet limit.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements are fulfilled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• Host51 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be forfeited from the relevant account.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules must be strictly followed for all financial transactions on Host51:

• Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in the user's own name.
• KYC verification is mandatory before withdrawals.

• Withdrawal processing typically takes 24–72 hours.

5. Prohibited Activities & Account Termination

Any activity that violates Host51's Terms & Conditions is strictly prohibited. The following actions may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Operating multiple accounts on behalf of a single individual.
• Exploiting or manipulating the bonus system through strategic play.
• Using software, bots, or automated methods to play games.
• Attempting to interfere with or compromise the platform's security systems.
• Collusion or fraudulent conduct against other members.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's information.

If Host51 detects suspicious activity on any account, that account will be suspended immediately and an investigation will be launched. Final action will be taken based on the outcome of the investigation.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Host51 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. Host51 shall not be liable for any service interruptions caused by technical issues, server downtime, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Host51 is not responsible for games interrupted mid-session due to loss of internet connection.
• If a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment provider error, please contact that provider directly.
• Host51 will not be held responsible if an account is compromised due to user negligence.
